Equipment Characteristics:
1. The power of chief axis and round knife uses steples speed regulating system and frequency converter system, so they can be controlled to regulate speed and change forward and reversal rotation to achieve the best cutting quality.
2.Accurately step-by-step system is used to control the cutting width with precision ball-screw and sliding rail, so precise cutting can be achieved.
3.AC motor speed regulating system is used to directly control the cutting feed power and speed to achieve high-quality strap cutting.（ Semi-automatic model uses lever-propelling means to cut straps.）
4.The operation interface uses LCD Chinese display screen, and the cutting width, quantity and action set can be directly entered. Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller is used to achieve automatic cutting.
