Product Uses:
This machine applies to industries like textile & garment, shoes, suitcases & bags, headgear and leather, and so forth. It is used to roll up materials into vertical-stripe (90 degree) or bias-stripe (45 degree) rolls, measure their lengths, and make them ready for the strip cutting of JX-170 Strip Cutting Machine or JX-170Z Automatic Single-Knife Strip Cutting Machine.
Main Functions:
1. It can roll up both vertical-stripe and bias-stripe materials.
2. Maximum width of materials rolled: 1700mm (vertical-stripe, 90 degree); 1600mm (bias-stripe, 45 degree). It also can be tailored to the requirements of the customer.
3. It uses stepless speed change system, and can achieve best rotating speed according to different materials rolled. It is also user-friendly.
4. Machine measurements: 2200mm x 900mm x 1400mm; Weight: 650kg.
